Do I need any special supportive documents?

Please do carry your valid Employee ID card (Airline ID card), as reception might be requesting this upon your arrival / check-in at the resort!

Can I travel with my family or friends who are not airline staff?

Yes, your family or friends can travel with you, even if they are not airline staff. It is required, that a person who has booked the reservation is a holder of an airline ID card, accompanying travelers are not required to possess an airline ID card.

Can I bring alcohol to Maldives?

No, bringing alcohol to Maldives is illegal and punishable by local law..

Do I need a visa?

In case I need a visa, is your company able to help with obtaining it?

No, our company is not entitled to any visa services or procedures.

Are there any restriction during Ramadan month in Maldives?

Maldives, being an Islamic country, follows common religious traditions and rules during the Holy month of Ramadan. This is valid mainly for inhabited local islands and capital city Male. Tourist resorts do not apply any restriction in services during Ramadan.

What is the dress code in Maldives?

Because of the tropical climate, clothes of cotton material are recommended. Tourists should respect local culture and dress modestly when visiting, or staying on, an inhabited island or capital city Male. Sandals are ideal, as you will often want to slip them off and go barefoot.

Is there going to be anybody waiting for me at the airport?

Yes you will be met outside the Arrival hall by one of our representatives, carrying a paging board with the resort name or/and paging board with your name. Representative will also assist you with your luggage and transfer.


What are the methods of payment?

We accept the following methods of payments:

> Bank transfer
>Direct ATM cash deposit to our account via RAK bank (UAE residents only)
> Online with a credit/debit card through the payment gateway (2,9% additional charge applies)

Can I pay upon arrival?

No, payments are paid prior to your holiday to our company. Resorts do not accept any payments upon arrival.

Can I pay with foreign money in Maldives, or I need a credit card?

Banknotes and traveler’s cheques can be exchanged only at the Male International Airport and at foreign exchange bureau in Malé. All major Credit cards are accepted, you can also pay small amounts (i.e. tips to staff) in foreign currency banknotes.

Can I cancel or amend my confirmed booking anytime I want?

No, Terms and Conditions have to be followed along with valid cancellation policies. In case of cancelation or an amendment of your booking 21 days or less prior to your arrival, 100% cancellation fees will apply.

Should I give any tips to the staff?

A service charge of 10 percent is added to restaurant bills. An extra 5 percent in cash given to the main server is appreciated but not expected. Housekeeping staff could be rewarded with USD 5 per day per guest, and porters with USD 5 on arrival and departure.

What is included

What is included in the All Inclusive meal plan?

Our Crew Maldives Holidays packages are commonly based on this type of service, giving our guests the best deal at all times. Although services may vary from resort to resort in detail, below is a general overview of what “All Inclusive” means and what will you get!

> Water - always in the room/villa for you, if you need more, just ask the staff, it is included
> Services starting with breakfast and lasting throughout the whole day until 11 PM or midnight, no time restrictions within during the day
> Meals - Breakfast, lunch, dinner & small snacks during the day – all served to you and included
> Alcohol and soft drinks - served to you all day until night in various outlets such as beach bar, pool bar, lobby bar, main restaurant, etc. – selected beverages, brands, and cocktails with unlimited amounts for you, cheers!
> Minibar in your room/villa - all soft drinks, coffee, and tea included, just ask the staff for a refill whenever you like and need
> No hidden costs or charges - what you book is what you get

Are alcohol beverages and water included in the All Inclusive package?

Yes, All Inclusive includes unlimited consumption of alcohol beverages and water, as well as soft drinks.

Is the flight ticket included?

No, flight ticket is not included in the price.

Is airport transfer included?

Yes, all airport return transfers are included in the price, such as speedboat, seaplane or domestic flight (exact type of the transfer depends on the booked resort, you will be advised at the time of the booking).

Please note, that Seaplane transfers are arranged according to international flight arrivals and departures, however seaplanes are operating only during the daytime and daylight, from 6 AM till 6 PM. Check in for last seaplane of the day is closing at 4.15 PM (maldivian time).

Are children free of charge?

Children up to 2 years are free of charge, however, you have to pay Green tax fee, usually $6 per person (child up to 2 years) per day.
Children up to 12 years will be charged for an extra bed, half the price of the meal plan, half the price of the transfer fee and Green tax.

Are all taxes and charges included?

Yes, all the taxes and charges are included in the price.

Are resort facilities included in the price?

Yes, resort facilities are included in the price.

Resorts and Hotels

What time is the check-in?

Check-in is usually at 2.00 pm, however, resorts are trying to accommodate all rooms as soon as possible upon arrival. This depends on actual occupancy and availability of the resort, in case you will have to wait for a short time, you will be entitled to all the resort facilities. We are not able to guarantee an early check-in, it is a sole responsibility of the front office of each resort.

What time is the check-out?

Check-out time is 12.00 pm, usually, resorts are allowing to extend the check-out time for additional 1-2 hours. Again, this depends on actual occupancy and availability on the particular day. You will be entitled to use all resort facilities until your transfer departure. We are not able to guarantee a late check-out, it is a sole responsibility of the front office of each resort.

Can I check-out earlier and get a refund for the remaining days?

No, you will not be entitled to a refund as the cancellation policy will apply.

Is there a supplement for an extra bed?

Yes, there is a supplement for an extra bed for an adult and/or a child. You will be advised on exact amounts at the time of your booking request.

Is there any special treatment offered in case of special occasions (birthday, anniversary, etc.)?

Yes, please inform us in advance and we will inform the resort, in order to have something special and nice prepared for you. This depends on the occasion and resort possibilities.

Are resorts equipped with first aid facilities?

Yes, all our resorts have a first aid facility and a doctor (available directly at the resort or on call).
