Cancelation refund period

• All bookings and confirmed related services cancelled within the period of 14 days prior to arrival / begin of service or more are subject to free of charge cancellation and will be fully refunded as per related charges.
  (refunded amount will be deducted with 2.9% payment processing fee)
• All bookings and confirmed related services cancelled within the period of 14 days prior to arrival / begin of service or less or No Show are subject to 100% cancellation charges and those cancellations will be charges as per related charges.

Refund amount %

• Bookings and confirmed related services cancelled within the period of 14 days prior to arrival / begin of service or more - 100% refund amount.
  (refunded amount will be deducted with 2.9% payment processing fee)
• Bookings and confirmed related services cancelled within the period of 14 days prior to arrival / begin of service or less or No Show - no refund amount applicable .
